Are these products suitable for children or teens?

Yes, many of our tools are designed to be family-friendly. For younger children, we recommend using them together with a parent, or carer to encourage conversation and connection.

How much is postage?

Postage for orders under $75 is $9.95. However if your order is over $75 we ship it for FREE!!!

DO you ship express post?

Yes - we do express post. This option is more expensive, so keep that in mind when selecting your shipping methods. If your order qualifies for free shipping but you want it express post, you will need to pay for this option.

DO you SHIP your products overseas?

Maybe in the future, but for now, we only ship to Australian addresses.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are packed with care and sent within 1-3 business days. Shipping times depend on your location, but we’ll send you tracking details once your order is on its way.

What happens if my products arrive damaged?

If you have purchased a cosmetically damaged product, you have agreed to embrace the imperfect — because even with a few bumps, they’re full of goodness inside.
